How we write

Each article is written by a named author with direct experience of the stone. We test claims on real stone samples where possible.

How we price

Calculator rates are indicative ranges based on our current factory rates. They are reviewed every month and shown on the price ticker.

Corrections and updates

Every article shows its last review date. Found a mistake? Tell us and we will fix it and note the change.

Independence

Ads never decide what we recommend. We say clearly when a stone is not right for your use.
